Everything happens in writing so you can read and reply when it suits you.

1. Audit. We measure how AI describes you today and review your site. You receive a written report.
2. Plan. We agree a short list of priorities in writing.
3. Ship. We make or specify the changes: crawl access, content, schema and supporting pages.
4. Report. Every week you receive a short written dashboard: what we did, what we measured, what is next.
5. Re-test. Each month we re-run the same buyer prompts against the baseline.

Working rules

• Replies to your emails within one business day.
• No calls or video meetings. If something is unclear we clarify by email.
• We never present estimates as measured results.
